Ground-Floor Living

The living and dining area provides the main setting for meals, relaxation and family gatherings. A kitchen sits alongside the shared spaces, while a bathroom is accessible from the ground-floor circulation area. This arrangement keeps the principal everyday activities together and leaves the upper level for more private accommodation.

A double garage is incorporated into the front of the house, providing space for two vehicles. The entrance, garage and principal living rooms are on the same level, making the ground floor convenient for daily use.

Bedrooms Upstairs
