Upon approaching the residence, a naturally surfaced front courtyard sets a tranquil tone, acting as a transitional buffer between street and home. The U-shaped plan opens inward toward the core living areas: wide glass sliding doors welcome residents into a spacious living room that seamlessly connects to an open-concept kitchen and dining area.
