This single-family home is an expertly designed single-story residence, optimized for a 20×8 meter footprint. With a spacious built-up area of approximately 116 square meters, its intelligent layout is arranged in a subtle U-shape, creating a functional and cohesive flow.

Step inside to discover a welcoming open-plan area where the kitchen seamlessly flows into the living room, creating the perfect heart of the home for family life and entertaining.
Flanking this central social space are two bedrooms, ensuring privacy and easy access. The clever U-shaped design gracefully incorporates a practical laundry area and a bodega (storage room) at the entrance, working in harmony with a third bedroom on the right to complete the layout.
