Martirena House is a single-family residential project completed by DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE in Uruguay in 2018. Designed as a comfortable one-storey home, the house combines practical space planning with a bright and welcoming living environment.
At the front of the house, a covered terrace creates an inviting outdoor space for relaxation and family gatherings. Through the sliding glass entrance doors, residents enter a spacious living room that serves as the central social area of the home, benefiting from abundant natural light.
On the left side of the living area is a functional kitchen designed for everyday cooking and convenient circulation. To the right are two bathrooms positioned at the center of the floor plan, providing easy access from different areas of the house.
The home features three independent bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged around the two bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own private space and good natural lighting through well-positioned windows, creating comfortable and bright living environments for family members.
