Nestled in the Greek landscape, the Kefalonia House project represents a thoughtful approach to modern single family homes. Completed by DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE in late 2025, this development consists of three distinct one-story residences designed for comfort and seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The layout comprises two similarly sized units arranged side-by-side, with a third residence positioned separately on slightly lower ground. Each home features one to two bedrooms, functional kitchen and bathroom spaces, and an expansive living area. Large glazed sliding doors serve as a central design element, inviting natural light into the interiors while framing views of the surrounding environment.
