Kefalonia House
Project reference: Kefalonia House, a unit under DEEPBLUE SMART HOUSE in Greece
The Social House is a single‑floor modular dwelling designed for shared living with spatial separation between private and common areas. The unit is manufactured by DEEPBLUE SMART HOUSE as part of its standardized housing product line. One example of this model is the Kefalonia House, delivered to a customer in Greece.
The following is the modified plan:
Three Core Selling Points:
Dual independent sleeping areas
The house contains two separate rooms on the left side. Each room has its own access and does not share a common interior passage, allowing occupants to use the two rooms without mutual disturbance.
Two separate bathrooms
Two bathroom units are provided. Each bathroom serves one of the two rooms directly, eliminating waiting time during simultaneous use.
Combined living, kitchen, and dining zone on the right side
The right side of the house integrates a living area, an open kitchen, and a dining table for daily meals. This zone is physically separated from the two sleeping rooms.
Usage Scenarios:
Two individuals or two small groups staying overnight without intruding into each other’s private space, each having a dedicated room and bathroom.
Daily living (eating, cooking, dining, resting) conducted in the right-side common area while maintaining full privacy in the left-side bedrooms when needed.
