The exterior showcases a sophisticated material palette, combining crisp white ALC panels with the warm, natural texture of brown wood-grain WPC wall panels. This contrast creates a facade that is both timeless and distinctly modern.
The interior layout is meticulously planned for privacy and convenience:
Private Wing: To the left of the entrance, four spacious bedrooms are situated, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom. This design ensures a personal retreat for every resident.
Social Heart: The right side of the home is dedicated to living and dining. An open-plan area seamlessly connects a modern kitchen and a formal dining space.
