Metal PU sandwich panel
A metal PU (polyurethane) sandwich panel is a type of building material that consists of three layers: a metal exterior and interior layer and a core layer made of polyurethane foam. The metal layers provide durability and protection, while the PU foam provides insulation and helps to reduce energy consumption. The panels are commonly used in construction, particularly in the building of walls, roofs, and partitions. They are known for their light weight, high strength, and ease of installation.
In extremely cold region, traditional external wall materials a「e easily to be crack and damaged due to thermal expansion and cold contraction. SPANL METAL SIDING is made of metal with enough strength and filled with PU foaming, with low water absorption and good resilience. In extreme weather, the combination of the two materials ensures a good appearance of wallboard and extender its lifetime.
