In 2017, DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE partnered with a client in the breathtaking Cook Islands to deliver a complete building solution for a new, 10-unit motel. This project exemplifies how innovative, prefabricated construction can meet the demands of the tourism industry in pristine and remote locations.
This efficiently designed motel structure stretches 45 meters in length with a 5.5-meter width, creating approximately 250 square meters of functional space. The layout features ten self-contained standard rooms, each providing a comfortable bedroom and a private bathroom to fully meet hotel accommodation requirements.
A key feature of the design is the integrated 3-meter-wide veranda running along the entrance. This spacious outdoor area allows guests to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy stunning, uninterrupted views of the coastline, significantly enhancing the overall guest experience.
