The A-Type Snowland: A Functional Modular A Frame House
The A-Type Snowland is a highly efficient modular a frame house manufactured by DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE. Measuring 4267mm in width, 5486mm in length, and 6400mm in height, this structure provides a total living area of 30.68 square meters.
The architectural design is engineered to maximize interior utility within a compact footprint, making it a practical solution for remote cabins, outdoor accommodations, or small residential units.
Interior Layout and Illumination
The floor plan of this modular a frame house is divided between a primary main level and an upper sleeping area. The 23.4-square-meter ground floor contains a central living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom outfitted with standard modern fixtures.
Above, a 7.28-square-meter loft serves as a dedicated bedroom space suitable for an individual, a couple, or a small family. A defining feature of the design is a full wall of glass on the front facade, which ensures the interior receives ample natural light while providing unobstructed views of the surrounding environment.
Cold-Formed Steel Construction
Drawing on over 14 years of manufacturing experience, DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE constructs the A-Type Snowland utilizing advanced Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) framing. This precision-engineered material offers distinct structural and environmental advantages compared to traditional wood or concrete construction.
- Dimensional Stability: The steel frame will not expand, contract, warp, or crack due to changes in moisture or harsh weather exposure.
- Fire Safety: CFS is completely non-combustible, providing a vital safeguard against structural fires.
- Lightweight Efficiency: High tensile strength paired with low weight makes the materials easier to transport and faster to assemble on-site.
- Sustainability: The steel utilized in the framework is 100% recyclable, supporting eco-conscious construction practices.
