The Hobart House is a contemporary two-storey single-family residence designed by DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE for families who value generous living space, practical functionality, and efficient construction. Measuring approximately 18 meters in length and 7 meters in width, the home offers a total usable floor area of around 211.38 square meters, creating an ideal environment for comfortable family living.
The ground floor features a thoughtfully arranged layout that balances privacy and open living areas. On the left side of the house is a spacious garage, and behind it are a bathroom, a dedicated laundry room, and a convenient storage room that provide practical solutions for daily household needs. The right side of the home is occupied by a large and welcoming living room filled with natural light, while the staircase is positioned behind the living area for easy access to the upper floor. Beyond the staircase is an additional room that can serve as a guest bedroom, study, or multi-purpose space, and at the rear of the house lies a modern kitchen and dining area designed for family gatherings and entertaining. Adjacent to the dining space is another comfortable family lounge, offering residents an extra area for relaxation and social activities.
The staircase leads to the second floor, where the private family zone is located.
